Content Creator (0.4-0.6 FTE)
About the Job
As a Content Creator at Humankind, you'll be in charge of creating online content like blog posts, web pages, newsletters, social media posts and white papers. It's up to you to turn our passion for cities, our ideas and projects, into stories that inspire. You'll own a content strategy and content calendar to make sure we're publishing consistently. You'll also fine-tune Humankind's marketing copy, making sure it's compelling and original.
You really enjoy writing, and are confident others enjoy your stories.
You love cities and are curious about the people that live, love and work in them.
You have a sense of branding and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice in your writing.
You have an interest in at least some of the following: cities, people, urban planning, trends, fashion, design, the power of ideas, and creating the new.
You understand the power of visual storytelling.
You have the ability to write for multiple channels (long-form, newsletters, social media, etc.).
You know how (or want to find out how) to optimize your writing for SEO.
You are excited to work in a growing team that has big ambitions to make cities human & kind, and is constantly learning how to.
Most importantly, you're brimming with creative ideas for Humankind's content.
